John O’Reilly - Founder

Prior to founding O’Reilly Wealth Advisors in late 2006, John O’Reilly managed corporate business divisions with P&L responsibility as well as departments of large multi-national companies including sales, marketing, product management and engineering. John has managed complex projects across multiple disciplines globally for over 20 years. John has experience with several start-up companies and operations.

John has passed the Series 65 for Investment Advisor Representatives which founded OWA as a Registered investment Advisor firm. John holds a Life Agent license (CA Life Lic. #0F41383), BS Mechanical Engineering and MS Engineering Management (MBA for engineers).

John is active in his local church, a lifelong blood donor, a lifetime member of Marine Executive Association, Founder of San Diego Job Transition Ministry, appointed to the Envision Carlsbad Citizens Committee (EC3), appointed to the Palomar Airport Advisory Committee (PAAC) and a graduate of Carlsbad Citizens Academy. O’Reilly Wealth Advisors participates in various North County Chambers. John resides in Carlsbad, California with his wife of 23+ years, daughter and their Irish Wolfhound.
